Process of Buying and Ordering
All prices shown include VAT at the current UK rate (currently 17.5%). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa debit and Maestro cards. If you don’t have a credit or debit card, you can pay with a direct bank to bank transfer or alternatively a cheque. You will need to contact us prior to paying if you wish to use either of the last two options.
Brandnamefurniture will ask for a 25% deposit upon placing the order and the remainder is payable only when your furniture is ready for dispatch. Your complete order will only be dispatched once we receive the full amount of the outstanding balance. We do not make split deliveries.
The contract shall be deemed to have been completed as soon as the furniture has been delivered, at which point the risk of damage or loss of the product shall pass to the buyer.

For delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands we can deliver to an address at the nearest mainland port but it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange any onward delivery.
Brandnamefurniture will arrange with you, in advance a ‘3 hour delivery window’. If you accept this window but subsequently fail to be there we will charge an additional £25 plus the original delivery charge to re-deliver.
Most items will be delivered by Brandnamefurniture’s own delivery staff, but occasionally we may opt to send your furniture with a carrier. It is the customers responsibility to move any breakable items from the area of delivery and protect any floors with blankets if you are worried about them being marked.
Brandnamefurniture will only deliver to the registered address of the cardholder. If a different address is required this has to be notified to us at the time of placing the order.
Once the delivery team arrive to make a delivery, identification of the cardholder has to be shown before your goods can be unloaded. The cardholder will be required to sign a receipt for the goods.
Delivery Lead Times
Brandnamefurniture try to hold many of our most popular items offered on our web-site in stock, which allows us to deliver your furniture within 2 weeks. Occasionally we are out of stock and the maximum time you would have to wait is 12 weeks. Brandnamefurniture will confirm exact delivery lead times on your Order Confirmation. Should you change your order at a later date, we will re-confirm a new delivery lead time.
Brandnamefurniture shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.
Right to Cancel Your Order
You may cancel your order at any time before delivery and Brandnamefurniture will give a full refund including any delivery costs.
Returns Policy
Once your furniture has been delivered Brandnamefurniture offers a no quibble 7 day return policy. If for any reason you decide that you do not want to keep all or some of your furniture then please confirm to us in writing via e-mail, letter or fax within 7 working days. We will ensure you receive a full refund including any delivery costs within 30 days.
If you do cancel some or all of your furniture it is the buyers responsibility to return the goods to Brandnamefurniture’s premises within 14 days. You can make and pay for the arrangements yourself or ask Brandnamefurniture to make the collection. Brandnamefurniture will charge the original delivery fee plus an additional £55 to make the collection. This charge will be deducted from your refund.
In the event of furniture being returned, Brandnamefurniture expect the customer to take a ‘reasonable duty of care’ while the furniture is still in your care. Brandnamefurniture will only accept the return / collection if the goods are properly packaged in their undamaged original packaging. For self assembly items to be returned, such as a wardrobe, they must be in their original packaging and cannot be returned once assembled or part assembly has taken place.
The Product
Many of the products sold by Brandnamefurniture are made from natural materials like wood and leather so every piece of furniture is unique and individual. Each piece will vary from each other and so it is impossible to guarantee an exact colour match.
If you believe that the goods you have received from Brandnamefurniture are faulty in anyway, please let us know within 48 hours. We will arrange to mend the goods in situ or replace any faulty goods at our cost as quickly as we can. This may mean re-ordering an item of furniture, which at the longest will take 12 weeks to arrive. In the mean time if it is practical you may continue to use the damaged piece of furniture as if it were your own until we have swapped the damaged piece for a new piece.
