Brandnamefurniture, unlike other on-line furniture stores, actually exists.  We operate out of a warehouse with a sales team, a warehouse team and a delivery team keen to deliver the hundreds of thousands pounds worth of stock that we have – straight to your door!

Brandnamefurniture don’t believe in having as many products on our site as possible.  Rather than being a ‘jack of all trades’ we believe in specialising and becoming the expert in our niche.  Our niche is middle to top end brands where all the products, as you would expect, are built to last and will look as good in five years time as they do on the day they were delivered.

Brandnamefurniture’s expertise is furniture so we’ve chosen another expert in secure on-line transactions to look after the payment side – HSBC Bank.  With their state of the art encryption and anti fraud measures you can relax in the knowledge that your card details will remain totally secure.  Not even brandnamefurniture can see your card details.  When you’ve chosen your products and the ‘payment window’ appears you’ll actually be inside HSBC’s secure on-line payment centre and only when you click ‘confirm’ will you be returned to brandnamefurniture.

Price Promise

Brandnamefurniture has set our prices to ensure excellent value for money, but should you find the same product elsewhere at a cheaper price, we will match that price so long as the following conditions are met:

• The item must be brand new, not ex-display, returned or re-conditioned
• The item cannot be at a sale or discounted price
• The item must be identical and from the same manufacturer
• The price match must include VAT and any additional charges
• The item must be available within the UK, for quick delivery

NB We would require you to supply the relevant information for us to confirm the price and we reserve the right not to price match should we choose.

Free Home Delivery

Brandnamefurniture will deliver your furniture free of charge in England and Wales for any order over £500 and for any order in Scotland over £2,000. All other orders will incur a delivery charge based on miles to the delivery address from Coventry (based on ‘The AA’ Mileage Calculator), at the rate of :

Most of the deliveries will be carried out by our own staff but just occasionally we will send your goods with a National Carrier Company. Our delivery guys will carry your furniture inside your house but do not unpack or assemble it unless you choose the Assembly Charge, which is £40.
